Have 您 ever been on a job interview and started to wonder if the hiring manager was simply checking off boxes? This can be tough when 您 don’t perfectly fit into a box, but 您 know 您’d do a great job.

But, if 您 know the education is not necessary, 您 may want to consider another route. Look for opportunities to get involved in a small way in the new field 您’re interested in.
